Pets are Welcomed!

We’re excited to welcome pets into our store! We know this is a change from the previous owners, and we truly understand how important it is for pets to get out and experience the world. Exposure—especially at a young age—is critical for helping pets become comfortable with new surroundings, new people, and other animals.

Our goal is to create a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for everyone. To help make that happen, we have a few simple requests to keep in mind before you arrive. For your pet’s safety, please keep them on a leash or carried at all times while inside the store and in the parking lot. Be mindful of your pet’s behavior—accidents happen, and we completely understand, just let us know so we can assist.

We also ask that you be respectful of other customers and their pets, as not all animals are comfortable in the same situations. If your pet is feeling overwhelmed or doesn’t do well in public spaces, it may be best to leave them at home for that visit. And most importantly, please communicate with us—we’re always happy to help and want to make sure your pet feels as comfortable as possible.
